Seeking therapy involves deciding to invest substantial time, finances and commitment to the life improvements you hope to see. Consider how you manage when important and costly home repairs, auto repairs etc. are needed. Do you generally find a way to make these repairs if important? Your personal well-being or that of your loved one deserves to be valued at least as much as these replaceable items.
About Insurance: This practice operates on a fee-for-service basis
and does not accept or bill insurance. Dr. Kelly has opted not to contract
with provider panels in order to preserve the utmost privacy and decision
power for you and your therapist in your therapy. (Read more about this
on the F.A.Q. page of this website.)
. A detailed statement of all services provided and all fees you have paid
will be provided if you wish to submit it to your insurer for reimbursement
according to benefits.
Please note: if you have a policy that includes contracted providers , you
will not be able to get reimbursement unless you also have an
"out-of-network" provision that allows you to see the
licensed provider of your choice.
You may want to check your coverage carefully with your insurers benefits department by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my policy include an out-of-network benefit?
- May I choose any licensed provider I wish?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash or check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling an appointment reserves that time exclusively for you.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and
you have not called to notify us at least 24 hours in advance ,
you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
